Return/Refund Policy

At Hippocrateez, we take pride in creating unique, high-quality products that are made especially for you. Because our items are custom-made using a print-on-demand process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues, changes of mind, or personal preferences.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day warranty against any printing or manufacturing defects. If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly assist you.

To be eligible for a replacement under our warranty, the item must be:

  • In like-new, undamaged condition
  • Free from any signs of wear or tear
  • In its original packaging (if applicable)

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for items that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
